Great app. I absolutely love this game. I have to admit that before I came across this app I was not familiar at all with this game. Now, my family and I play it with Bicycle Playing Cards. It is very addicting. The only issue I have with the app is that in difficult mode, the computer opponents dont make logical plays in a given situation. For example, if the seven of coins is on the table, each player will have a turn and opportunity to capture the card. However, after everyone has had their turn, the card will still be on the table. Finally, without a new deal, a player will eventually play a Knight, and capture the card. Other than that, the app works perfectly fine. It is very compatible with the voice over feature. I love it.

Im using the app to learn the game, so I admit I dont know everything about Scopa, but sometimes a player has zero prime points, even though they may have a seven or several sixes. As a novice, its a little frustrating because Im trying to learn the game but it seems to not be accurate consistently. The game hangs occasionally and must be restarted, which is a bit of a drag. Overall, its a good app!

Reminds me of playing with my Nana and Nono when I was a little girl! I still yell scopa! out loud too. Must be the Italian in me. :)

My wife and I played this game in Marsala Sicily. Our cousins taught us this game when we could not speak Italian and they could not speak English. We pulled out a deck of cards from our luggage and they said no no we have cards. Then we played this cool game with nothing but pictures on it. Of course the fun wasnt trying to learn how to play the game when we couldnt communicate with each other. Almost a year later we see the same deck of cards in a Italian restaurant in Lavonia, Michigan. Of course we had the buy two decks even though they were eight dollars each. The next day I search the Internet and found the rules to this game. Weve been playing it every chance we get. My son who is a video game fanatic even asks to play this card game.

This is a fun game and a great way to learn how to play scopa and practice it. The good interface and movement makes it a very effective stress reliever for me too. Thank you, developers!

Love this game

I play Scopa for hours each evening with my in-laws in Naples whenever my wife and I visit. This is so much like the real game that I feel like I should have an espresso, a shot of grappa and my wifes uncle Peppe in front of me each time I play. This is a great way to learn Scopa or keep up with or improve your skills. Excellent work.

Love this Italian card game called scopa. I was born in Italy and know this card game. I even like better that you can play on the phone.

Almost as much fun as playing three hours straight with the conductor and a train full of soldiers going home for Easter - with no breaks for the ticket taking! Addictive app. Not quite as fast paced as real life, and no cheating. But fun nonetheless.

Game pace could speed up but good, fun, addicting game

Great game. I play all the time. However, I wish there was an option to play with people you want or random.
